Hey, great list!
I don’t use them personally, but I train with a few women who do. I’ve noticed some of the side effects and they’ve mentioned it too.
But I didn’t know what to look for and how many alternatives there were – so while I’ll probably still choose not to use any (my goals are just to stay active), I’ll pass this along to my friends who want different results than I do. Maybe it’ll help them make some good choices, or to switch to something with fewer (or no) side effects.
For me sides is that combined with caffeine and even tren it blows up my bp though on its own I can't see a trend of higher bp but EC is much higher than just caffeine. I take lisonipril at 5mg a day and it keeps me in range. HR just do cardio, which by the way is increased. My HR is higher but I don't get as winded and my drive is much higher, very great for those days on a cut when you just can't. You know the feeling. When you take some after resetting your tolerance it feels euphoric like I took 25mg with a monster on an empty stomach, worked like a mofo but the whole time felt high without loss of edge.
